Rev. H.B. Charles, Jr. is the pastor-teacher of Shiloh Metropolitan Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Florida. H.B. has served in this role since 2008. At the June 2017 Southern Baptist Convention, H.B. was historically and unanimously elected as the SBC Pastors’ Conference’s first African-American president. Prior to joining his present church, H.B. led the Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church of Los Angeles for almost 18 years. Succeeding his late father, he began on his pastorate at Mt. Sinai at the age of 17 – a senior in high school. Outside of his ministry to and with his congregation, H.B. regularly speaks at churches, conferences, and conventions around the country, and he is also the author of several books. H.B. is married to Crystal, and they have three children: H.B. III, Natalie, and Hailey. |

Pat Sczebel is a pastor, worship leader and song writer who lives in Langley BC. He has been pastored for 29 years. He is married to his best friend Cherry for 33 years. He has 8 children, 3 biological, 2 adopted, and fosters 3. His passion is to teach and model what it means to magnify Jesus’ worth and work every time we gather as a local church. To help pastor’s/worship leaders create a banquet feast for their congregations through remembering the good news of the gospel in our liturgies. Jennifer Winger serves as the Director of Women’s Ministry at Calvary Baptist Church and with Mile One Mission in St. John’s Newfoundland. She has been serving in her church for the last 20 years faithfully teaching God’s Word, first as the Children’s Ministry Director and now in Women’s ministry. Jennifer is a wife, a mother of two and a sister in the Lord for many. Graduating from McMaster University, she holds licensure as an Occupational Therapist and has a Foundations Certificate in Biblical Counseling through CCEF. She is an active board member of the Canadian Biblical Counseling Coalition of Canada. With a heart for the next generation, she teaches and disciples with the knowledge that our true identity can only be found in Christ. Women who delight themselves in the Lord and His law, will live in a gospel community that puts Christ on display and brings the lost to salvation. |

Pastor Rob Goddard is privileged to be the husband of 1, father of 5 (a new daughter-in-law) and passionate pursuer of God. He has served three churches over 27 years of pastoral ministry and is currently at Cloverdale Baptist Church, where he has been for the last 14 years in Surrey, BC. He delights that God has called him to grow people in conformity to the image of Christ as he lives out his passion for the supremacy of God in all things for the joy of all peoples (Colossians 1:28-29). He is a founding council member of TGC-Canada, and directs the BC chapter of TGC.
